By accessing or using the ERCfactory.app platform, deploying smart contracts, or utilizing our dashboard tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use our services.
2. Nature of Services
ERCfactory.app provides software interfaces and automated tools for generating and interacting with smart contracts on EVM-compatible blockchains. We do not act as a custodian, broker, financial advisor, or exchange. You maintain total control, custody, and responsibility over your private keys, wallet, and deployed assets.
3. User Responsibilities & Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our tools and any tokens you create comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and securities rules. Deploying smart contracts involves inherent technological risks, and you assume full responsibility for auditing and verifying your project parameters.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by ERCfactory.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the platform or blockchain network congestion/failures.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
